All About Coast Meadows

Coast Meadows is not a typical mobile home and RV park. We have recently won an award as being the top ranked manufactured home community in the State of Mississippi (not just in our Gautier). We have a community center, a pool, and a huge playground that our manufactured home and RV residents enjoy. Our manager, Paulette Bounds, has lived there and worked at Coast Meadows for over 20 years and isn't just a kind face you'll get to know, but a great testiment to the quality of life at Coast Meadows. Perhaps one of the most important tools we have to keep this calm and inviting atmosphere is our rules and regulations which all mobile home residents and long-term RV customers sign and abide by. With this agreement, we can provide the peaceful and orderly community atmosphere that Coast Meadows is known for that many other mobile home communities are not.

Coast Meadows Mobile Home and RV Park is well located on Ladnier Road in Gautier, Mississippi. Just 2 miles from Highway 90, a resident can be in Gulfport in about 30 minutes, and Pascagoula in about 10 minutes. Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is just a 5 minute drive.

Coast Meadows is a quiet and pleasant community to live in, with periodic cook outs and neighborhood gatherings at our community center and pool area. A large pavilion with several permanent grills is available for all residents.
